The site of this Santa Barbara waterfront hotel is one of the most sought-after properties in coastal Southern California.

The Club at Big Bear Village

FGS Realty Advisors facilitated the sale and conversion of this private residence club development (fractional ownership), consisting of 22 finished villas (approximately 2,500 sf each), a luxurious clubhouse, and 10 finished pads, to a large national independent timeshare sales, marketing, and development company.
