Expert Witness/Litigation Support
Since formation, FGS Realty Advisors has been engaged many times to provide real estate expert witness and litigation support services. Services include providing independent, fact-based analysis in disputes involving property, development, and investment activities. These services include evaluating damages, assessing standard of care, reviewing financial models and underwriting, analyzing market conditions, and opining on issues related to valuation, financing, leasing, construction, and asset management. FGS has prepared many written reports and support discovery…and delivered deposition and trial testimony.

Our focus is assisting buyers and sellers with their acquisition and disposition of projects in both resort and urban destinations. We focus on mixed-use resorts, hotels, branded residential, land, and adaptive reuse projects.
